Q: How secure is it?
Buying on-line should not only be easy but should also be secure. The systems that we have are the best available and considerably better than the industry standard.
We use Palpal to handle all the credit/debit card processing; it is one of the largest online payment service providers in the world. Paypal solely handles your card details on their secure server where they run extensive security checks and obtain card authorisation. Unicycle.com never has access to your card details.
The only information that Unicycle.com holds on you is information for the purposes of ordering and/or the opt-in mailing list. This user information is held in our database and is not directly accessible from the web.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Under normal conditions goods are dispatched the same day if the order arrives before 2.30pm and should arrive with you within 5 carrier working days in the Canada, please note our couriers only deliver on weekdays. Small items under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail. If the order contains juggling equipment then delivery could be up to 10 working days depending on what has been ordered. You will be advised of any delay or if any of your ordered items are not available. Deliveries will not take longer than 28 days .
Any exceptions to this, such as; items that are out of stock or need manufacturing especially, should be marked in the product description. Please contact us to check delivery times for these items.
In the unlikely event that your goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange with you to replace or repair the goods as quickly as possible. Please read the section on our guarantee.
