Price Promise

Price Promise:

If you find a lower total delivered price on an identical item/order from another authourised dealer, we will do our best to meet that price or beat it by 5%. Simply give us a call and let us know who is offering a better deal and we will check it out. Any price match must be within the Unicycle.com Canada MAP pricing rules or the other selling vendor may be in violation of these MAP rules and our low price promise will not be granted. Please note this is a manual process and you will not be able to adjust the price on any on-line order.

If you find a lower price:

1. Send us an email to info@municycle.ca or Give us a call.

The information we need:

1. Current web link to the lower advertised price or contact info.
2. Their product's number or model and total price (in Canadian Dollars) with shipping and handling. If the product is located out side of Canada please include Custom duty fees and Brokerage.
3. Our product's description or link.
4. Your Contact info and Name.

Conditions:

•All items being price matched must be in stock in as-new condition and ready for dispatch, being advertised by an authorised dealer and supplied with full warranty.
•The item must be the identical product, including model, color, packaging, manufacturer, etc and only being offered for resale within the MAP price rules.
•If we offer a free item with purchase of another product, the value of the free item will be added to the competitor’s price when calculating the price match amount. For example, with complete cycles we supply free upgraded saddle and a free T-Shirt - total cost $32.00 or more. This is the amount that will be added to the competitor's price.
•We are unable to match typographical errors.
•The item must be posted on the competitor's website; we must be able to view that price.
•We will not match any auction pricing. This includes any items listed on e-Bay.
•We will not match prices after a purchase is made or payment is processed.
•If a price match is made on a full cycle it will be a 'like-for-like' deal. The bike will be delivered to you as it was delivered to us, with no additional time spent in setting up and checking over the cycle. If you wish the cycle to be removed from the box and checked over this takes around 1/2 an hour of our workshop time. The equivalent cost of this is $20.00, and will be added to the competitor's price.
•No additional sales discounts or 'freebies' can be used in conjunction with or in addition to a price match.
•This offer does not include wheelbuilds, where our expertise and build quality is second to none.
•Proof of the competitor’s offer is necessary.
