General Terms and Conditions

All prices are in Canadian Dollars and do not include GST. We will try to maintain the price as advertised but we reserve the right to change before you place an order. When on the paypal server you can choose to change payment from Can Dollars to UK Pounds Sterling, Euros or US Dollars.

Orders for outside of Canada do not include GST and the import duties will be the responsibility of the purchaser. The shopping cart will recalculate the price excluding GST.

Product prices in the shopping cart exclude delivery charges. The carriage costs are calculated on a zone system,

Under normal conditions goods are dispatched the same day if the order arrives before 2.30pm CMT and should arrive with you within 4 carrier working days unless the order contains juggling equipment and then delivery could be up to 10 working days depending on what has been ordered. You will be advised of any delay or if any of your ordered items are not available.

In the unlikely event that your goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange with you to replace or repair the goods as quickly as possible. Please read the section on guarantee.

We maintain a large stock of items but we are at the whim of our suppliers, so unfortunately all of our products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will contact you and you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

The web site at municycle.ca is for sales to Canada, if you wish to order from outside then please contact us and we will quote you a price and delivery. Please remember that we have Great Britian, New Zealand, Scandinavian, German and Australian partners who may be able to deliver to certain areas of the world more economically.
